For the plaid I used a technique one of my sister demonstrators taught us the other night at our team meeting. It uses the edge of a Stampin’ Up block and an ink pad. I used a longer Stamp block so the lines went all the way across the paper. Three different colors of ink kept with the color scheme of the card to coordinate the man-made plaid. I think it came out great.
The other technique I used was coloring the 1/4″ ribbon that is white with the Dark Pool Party Stampin’ Blends. We do not have a Coastal Cabana blends but the Dark Pool Party was close enough. I really like how the card turned out. Hope you play along.
